I understand that prior to being hired, I will undergo previous employer reference inquiries; background/credit check; pre-employment drug screening; and will be given certain tests at Fast Lane Foods, Inc. expense. Time and place are to be arranged by Fast Lane Foods, Inc. management personnel. If I am hired by Fast Lane Foods, Inc. and later it is discovered that I dishonestly answered any question on this application, I am aware that my employment will be immediately terminated. I further understand that I will be required to follow the personnel policies and procedures of Fast Lane Foods, Inc. and that infractions of said policies and/or procedures may lead to dismissal.
